Sunny & Maya
Both are AI companions. Their portraits are fictional generated illustrations, not photographs of actual SMILE employees. Voice conversations use LiveKit and OpenAI. Your microphone starts only after you press the conversation button and allow access. Conversations end after a maximum of ten minutes.
What is stored
The application stores demo orders, support messages, AI replies, confirmed issue summaries and an action history on the configured server. This application does not save full voice recordings or full voice transcripts. The processing providers have their own data-processing conditions. Do not enter real addresses, payment details, passwords or other sensitive data into the demonstration.
Your browser session
A necessary secure session cookie links you to your own demo records for up to 30 days. It is not a verified customer login. Language, bag and consent choices are stored in your browser. Other browser sessions cannot read your records through the customer API. The authorised administrator can see the demonstration records.
Optional analytics
Self-hosted Umami collects page statistics only after analytics consent. Query strings, page fragments and referrers are removed before sending. Admin visits are excluded. You can withdraw consent through Cookie preferences; further sends are then blocked. Essential-only works without analytics.
No real transactions
Payments, fulfilment, return labels, refunds and partner settlements are simulations. A demo label is not valid with a carrier. Real Shopify integrations and the final production privacy and retention arrangements still need to be configured before launch.
